MORARI MORTEM
In an ever-changing and uncertain world, it has become increasingly important for all citizens to be trained, confident, and calm in the face of danger. Morari Mortem was born out of a desire to develop individuals who can meet that danger. We offer unique programs that are intended to give students the tools they need to acquire:
Morari Mortem means "To delay death" in Latin, and delaying death is the unifying goal across all three training programs offered below.
Confidence Through Competence
MORARI MORTEM offers tactical emergency casualty care (TECC) training programs for the prepared citizen and armed professionals alike. Our curriculum includes comprehensive modules on immediate care in hostile and dynamic environments. The curriculum can be adapted to specific needs and accommodate either life-fire or non-lethal training aids. American Red Cross CPR, AED, and STOP the Bleed certifications are also offered.
Gain essential skills to overcome illegal detainment and hostile situations. This specialized training empowers individuals to use various techniques using both commercial and everyday items to escape unlawful custody. Whether you are planning on international travel or are at high risk due to the need for a protective order, this MORARI MORTEM course was designed to be a benefit you.
The pistol and rifle courses can accommodate beginners, seasoned enthusiasts, and armed professionals alike. If you are a first-time gun owner, it is MORARI MORTEM's goal to make you an asset to those that you wish to protect. If you are a seasoned enthusiast or armed professional, MORARI MORTEM will give you skills and experience to make you an even greater threat to those who wish harm. Conceal carry weapon (CCW) training, women-only classes, and TECC/Weapon combined are offered.
The Event
Available only to alumni, The Event is a string of simulated worst-case scenarios that force students to combine the skills and principles they learned from the previous courses. The surprise and challenge of The Event are designed to cement the principles taught throughout the courses and solidify the confidence gained through competence in order to "MORARI MORTEM", to delay death.
